Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) while terming it a black year will issue a 'White Paper on Year 2005', in which it would highlight the failures of the military-led government on political and economic front in the preceding year.

PPP Punjab Information Secretary Naveed Chaudhary along with other office-bearers would unveil the fact sheet during a news conference being held here on Friday.
